A further pivoted head 2<SP>1</SP> may, as shown, be provided at the other end of handle 1 and comprises a pair of jaws 15 and 16, sliding jaw 16 being moved relatively to fixed jaw 16 by a rack and pinion teeth arrangement 25-27, 17..20 on the jaw and on support 14 so that pivoted movement of jaws 15, 16 about axis 5 on support 14 causes relative movement of the jaws.
