Реферат: The invention relates to a device for preparing at least one balloon catheter (37) comprising a balloon connection piece (44) which is disposed at a proximal end and which is connected to a balloon (38), which is arranged on a distal end area of the catheter (37), by means of a balloon volume (42), and a guide wire volume (40) which leads to a guide wire exit point (72) or to its own guide wire connection (147). A mixture or a cleaning and disinfecting solution can be guided to the balloon (38) of the balloon catheter (37) via the balloon connection piece (42) and the balloon volume (42) and can be removed from the balloon (3) and the balloon volume (42) by exerting a low pressure on the balloon connection piece(44) or by exerting a pressure on the balloon (38). The mixture can be fed to the guide wire volume (40) via the guide wire exit point (72) or the guide wire connection (147).
