Реферат: The circular-cylindrical vessels or pipes (Figures 1 and 2) consist of steel, and the cylinder shell can also be utilised for absorbing tensile stresses. The axial clamping of the vessels is located outside the heat insulation. The cold mounting of the vessels on the floor and at the cover allows the permissible expansion of the clamping steel to be adapted to the thermal expansion of the vessel to be clamped. As a result of the interposition of spring elements, inadmissible axial tensile stresses and axial thrusts in the safety vessel are impossible. Bursting of the vessel due to cracking of an annular weld can be excluded. The safety vessel consists of a plurality of circular cylinders in mutual contact. The inner cylinder shell is water-tight and/or gas-tight, and the outer cylinder shells are formed in any desired width by a row of rings. The supports provided on one of the two ends on the cover and/or on the bottom of the vessel do not participate in the heating of the pressure vessel, so that thereby longer clamping members are possible which allow stressing in the vessel by higher temperatures. The circular-cylindrical safety vessels eliminate the limitation of the temperature and wall thicknesses, the risk due to bursting and the uneconomical cost of the pressure vessels hitherto used in power station construction and process engineering. <IMAGE>
