Реферат: The invention relates to a passenger vehicle 13 designed as a safety vehicle with a vehicle front part 260 which is mounted on a vehicle interior 261 in a manner such that it can pivot aside about a horizontal transverse pivot 263 and is held in its normal position by a shock-absorber spring unit and by pneumatic springs which can be adjusted in their compressive force. In the event of full braking or at the beginning of an impact safety nets 345, which are in each case attached to a safety clip mounted in a seat back in a manner such that it can be pivoted aside, is at the same time swung in front of the chest and the head of a driver 3 and a passenger. A steering wheel 350, which lessens in its resisting force in an impact, is provided for the driver, and a front-passenger box, which lessens in its resisting force in an impact, is provided for the front passenger, the flexibility of the steering wheel and front-passenger box, which are each mounted flexibly, being in each case increasingly facilitated by a counter-spring as the pivoting angle of the vehicle front part downwards increases. <IMAGE>
