The metal case is separated from the terminals mounted on the china centre by a protecting insulating-covering of china or the like. Figs. 1, 3, and 5 show one modification of the arrangement. The china centre with terminals mounted thereon and having protecting china walls a, b, b<1>, is shown in Figs. 1 and 3. The cover shown in Fig. 5 fits over this china centre, and is of inverted-channel section. A second modification is shown in Figs. 9, 11, and 14, the china centre shown in Figs. 9 and 11 having a china wall f separating the terminals, The cover shown in Fig. 14 fits over this, and forms the external protecting walls corresponding to the walls b, b<1> in Figs. 1 and 3.
