A machine for dyeing textile material
Реферат: 1278283 Dyeing endless webs AVESTA JERNVERKS AB 14 Aug 1969 [16 Aug 1968] 40618/69 Heading D1L An endless web or rope 23 of textile material is dyed with liquid in an atuoclave 10, the web 23 being advanced around a closed path by means of a driving jet nozzle 17 fed with dye liquid under pressure through which nozzle the web is passed, and a braking jet nozzle 25 is provided to direct a stream of dye liquid under pressure in a sense opposite to that of the driving jet nozzle to impinge on the web and thereby retard its motion into the driving jet nozzle. The two nozzles 17 and 25 are built as a unit comprising two Venturi tubes end to end with a guide tube inserted coaxially therein; the ends of the guide tube and the constrictions of the Venturi tubes define annular slots through which streams of dye liquid flow at high speed and apply a force to the web 23. The oppositely directed jets cause the web 23 to be stretched on passing through the guide tube, and the turbulence at the constrictions assists penetration of the liquid into the material. Liquid is withdrawn from the autoclave by means of a pump 13 and passed through a heat exchanger 14 and regulating valves 16 and 27 into respective nozzles 17 and 25. Liquid and the web pass through a tube 21 back into the autoclave. The autoclave may be U-shaped (Fig. 5, not shown).
