The perforated strips are twisted longitudinally relative to their longitudinal axes and are bent in the transverse direction along a helical line on a conical mandrel, forming three or more helical grooves and helical lines of the left and the right direction around the perforated rotor with a variable, increasing pitch of the helical lines from loading to unloading. Перфорированный ротор изготовлен из перфорированных секций. Перфорированные подсекции смонтированы из двух перфорированных подсекций, выполненных из трех и более пар, поочередно соединенных между собой боковыми сторонами, не менее трех равнобедренных перфорированных трапеций и не менее трех равнобедренных перфорированных треугольников. Боковые стороны перфорированных треугольников и перфорированных трапеций равны друг другу, а их основания направлены в разные стороны. Подсекции соединены между собой большими основаниями перфорированных трапеций с образованием перфорированных секций. Перфорированные секции соединены между собой так, что основания равнобедренных перфорированных треугольников и основания равнобедренных перфорированных трапеций одной секции присоединены к основанию равнобедренных перфорированных треугольников и основаниям равнобедренных перфорированных трапеций второй секции. Large ellipse axes of end perforated walls of elliptical shape with alternating perforated projections of trapezoidal shape and perforated triangular cavities perimeter are turned relative to each other at acute angle. Along the entire length of the perforated rotor there is a cone spring of elliptic shape fixed in cross section and square cross-section of turns. Along the entire length of the device for separation of seeds from loading to unloading is fixed a spring of cylindrical shape with square cross section of turns, which are equipped with devices for change of pitch of turns by their extension or compression. A frustoconical holding device with an aperture can hold the fruit stationary when the tubes move through the aperture. The internal bore may be frustoconical and there can be barbs 130 provided within the tube to also assist in retention of core when the tube is removed from the fruit. The external surface of the tube can be parallel to the internal surface or can converge to form the cutting edge. Certain lengths 114 of the tube may have constant diameter.

Each such stalk is caused to move longitudinally through bark removal means for slitting the outer bark layer of its smaller diameter section and removing the bark from the remainder of the stalk. The smaller section, after having been severed from the rest of the stalk, is caused to move longitudinally through intermediate layer removal means for slitting and removing the intermediate layer from the underlying palm heart. Embodiments include each such means per se and acting cooperatively with the other, and methods for carrying out the foregoing processes.

Cut, cooked peppers, substantially free of core portions, are prepared. Cooked peppers are distributed to form an essentially single layer on a suitable support such as a conveyor. They are cut both parallel to and transversely to the direction of movement of the support. The support, holding pieces of flesh and core, is moved relative to a plurality of pins to impale both. The pins are preferentially withdrawn from the pieces of flesh and remain impaled within the cores, thereby separating one from the other. In its more comprehensive aspects, the process includes the further steps of: roasting the peppers whole, including core, stem and calyx, to provide roasted peppers; and washing and tumbling the peppers after roasting to separate skins therefrom. Desirably, the pieces of flesh are acidified, diced and packaged, after separation of the cores.

본 발명은 저탄소 농업기술로 생산한 과일을 착즙하여 착즙 액을 제조하는 방법에 관련되며, 그 방법에 있어서 상기 과일을 크기에 따라 전용의 자동화선별기에 의해 등급별로 선별하여 투입하는 제1단계; 제1단계에서 선별된 과일을 구분하여 전용의 세척기를 통해 세척하면서 소독하고, 과일의 표면에 잔류한 염소량을 줄이기 위해 헹굼을 순차적으로 진행하는 제2단계; 제2단계에서 헹굼이 끝난 과일을 에어나이프에 의해 물기를 제거하고, 자외선 살균기를 통해 과일의 표면에 존재한 유해미생물 및 세균 등을 살균하는 제3단계; 제3단계에서 살균된 과일을 전용의 건조기에 의해 저온 건조하면서 표면에 잔여한 물기를 완전히 탈수하는 제4단계; 상기 제4단계에서 건조된 과일로부터 씨ㆍ씨 주머니ㆍ꽃받침 부분을 제거하여 과육(果肉)만을 획득하는 제5단계; 제5단계에서 획득된 과육을 전용의 마쇄기를 통해 미세하게 분쇄하여 100%의 과육만을 착즙하는 제6단계; 제6단계에서 획득된 과육 착즙 액을 전용의 여과기에 의해 불순물을 여과하고, 자외선 살균기를 통해 과육 착즙 액에 존재한 유해미생물 및 세균들을 살균하는 제7단계; 제7단계에서 과육 착즙 액의 여과 직전 또는 직후에 첨가하여 산화로 인한 변색을 방지하도록 처리하는 제8단계; 및 제8단계에서 과육 착즙 액을 탈 공기용 진공포장기를 이용하여 진공팩에 넣어서 진공 포장하는 제9단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 저탄소 농업기술로 생산한 과일의 세척ㆍ소독ㆍ헹굼을 차례대로 실시한 다음, 일련의 공정단계를 거쳐 씨 없는 과일의 착즙 액을 제조할 수 있도록 하는 자동 양산시스템의 안정화방법을 채택함에 따라, 자동공정에 의한 대량생산 및 무균화(無菌化) 처리로 인해 생산성 향상과 균일하고도 위생적인 청결제조가 가능하도록 함은 물론, 안정된 품질을 늘 고수하면서도 일반소비자들의 다양한 기호와 니즈(Needs)를 충족할 수 있도록 과일의 맛ㆍ향ㆍ색상ㆍ영양성분 등을 그대로 유지하면서 갈변 방지와 함께 유통과정에서의 변질 우려를 최소화함으로써 소비자들 모두가 신선하면서도 풍미 좋은 과육 착즙 액을 손쉽게 섭취할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
