본 발명은 디스크형 열교환기에 관한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는, 보일러의 예열기나 절탄기 및 냉동기의 증발기나 응축기등에 사용되어지는 각종 관형 열교환기 및 판형 열교환기의 장점만을 취하므로서 높은 전열효율을 가지면서도 사용온도 및 사용압력의 범위를 획기적으로 넓히고, 동일한 효율과 사용온도 및 사용압력하에서 설치면적을 최소화하고 제품의 경량화를 가능하게 하며, 전열판과 가스켓 재질의 다양한 선택을 가능하게 하여 하나의 제품만으로도 각종 열교환기에서 필요로하는 기능을 충분히 달성하게 하므로서 호환성을 증대시킴과 동시에 열교환기의 유지 및 보수를 용이하게 할 수 있는 것에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 디스크형 열교환기는, 금속제 원판의 외주연에 중심선에 대하여 대칭되도록 동일한 지름을 가지는 2개의 통공(6a)이 뚫리고 원판과 통공(6a)의 가장자리부분을 제외한 원판의 전면(全面)에 사선(斜線)형상의 요철부(6b)가 구비된 제 1전열판(6)을 형성하고, 상기 제 1전열판(6) 2개를 등지게 하여 각각의 통공(6a)을 서로 대응접촉시키고 상기 통공(6a)의 내주면 전체를 용접하므로서 요철부(6b)에 의하여 하나의 외부유로(8)를 형성하게 되는 전열판 단위결합체(16a)를 형성하고, 상기 전열판 단위결합체(16a)를 각각의 제 1전열판(6)의 외주면끼리 대응접촉시켜 상기 외주면 전체를 용접하므로서 요철부(6b)와 통공(6a)에 의하여 내부유로(7)를 형성하게 되는 원통형상의 전열판 블록(16)을 형성하고, 플랜지부(4)를 구비한 유입관(2a)과 배출관(3a)이 상기 2개의 통공(6a)에 대응되도록 관통되어진 원판형상의 외통커버(5)를 상기 전열판 블록(16)의 일측단에 용접하여 형성하고, 일측상부에 플랜지부(4)를 구비한 유입관(2)과 타측하부에 플랜지부(4)를 구비한 배출관(3)이 결합되어진 원통형상의 외통(1) 내부로 상기 전열판 블록(16)을 삽입하고 상기 외통커버(5)를 상기 외통(1)의 일측면에 결합하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 제 1전열판(6)의 외주연에는 가스켓 홈(26c)을 구비한 제 2 전열판(26)을 형성하고, 상기 제 1전열판(6)과 제 2전열판(26)을 등지게 하여 각각의 통공(6a)을 서로 대응접촉시키고 상기 통공(6a)의 내주면 전체를 용접하므로서 전열판 단위결합체(16a)를 형성하고, 상기 전열판 단위결합체(16a)를 제 2전열판(26)에 형성된 가스켓홈(26c)에 가스켓(20)을 삽입하여 제 1전열판(6)의 외주면에 대응접촉시키고 상기 외통커버(5)측으로 가압하여 밀착시켜서 전열판 블록(16)을 형성하거나, 상기 제 2전열판(26)에 형성된 통공(6a)의 외주연에는 가스켓홈(36c)을 구비한 제 3전열판(36)을 형성하고, 상기 제 2 전열판(26)과 제 3전열판(36)을 동일방향으로 순차적으로 배치하여 제 2전열판(26)에는 외주연에 형성된 가스켓 홈(26c)에 가스켓(20)을 삽입하고, 제 3전열판(36)에는 통공(6a)의 외주연에 형성된 가스켓 홈(36c)에 가스켓(30)을 삽입하여 상기 외통커버(5)측으로 가압하여 밀착시켜서 전열판 블록(16)을 형성할 수 있다.
