The guide surface is formed such that, in a state where the maintaining part is in contact with a surface of a composite material, the distance from the surface becomes smaller as the guide surface approaches a second through-hole. The guide part is formed so as to be elastically deformable. In a case where the guide part is caused to elastically deform along the surface shape of the composite material, the maintaining part maintains the position of the guide surface with respect to the surface at a position that corresponds to the surface shape.

Техническим результатом является повышение гибкости стеклосотопластовых панелей, вырезаемых из стеклосотопластового блока, с сохранением достаточной прочности. Технический результат достигается способом вырезки узловых соединений ячеек стеклосотопластового блока, который включает разметку и вырезку стенок ячеек с использованием цилиндрической оправки. Оправку выполняют с внешним радиусом 0,75-0,95 длины грани ячейки, сквозным осевым отверстием радиусом 0,2-0,4 длины грани ячейки, буртиком и расположенными с противоположной ему стороны под углом 120° друг к другу сквозными осевыми прорезями, имеющими ширину не менее двойной толщины стенки ячейки и длину не менее половины высоты стеклосотопластового блока. Цилиндрическую оправку базируют посредством упомянутых осевых прорезей на стенках ячеек и осуществляют вырезку стенок ячеек на глубину, равную не менее половины высоты стеклосотопластового блока, закрепленной в дрели цилиндрической концевой фрезой, которую вводят в сквозное осевое отверстие цилиндрической оправки. Переворачивают стеклосотопластовый блок на 180° и проводят вырезку стенок ячеек с его противоположной стороны. При этом удаляемая часть грани ячейки составляет 0,25-0,35 ее длины. A method for repairing cracked concrete ( 8 ) using expansive mortar ( 13 ) comprising the steps of installing a saw cut ( 10 ) next to an open shrinkage crack ( 8 ) and opening the saw cut ( 10 ) with expansive mortar ( 13 ) to create a wider saw cut ( 11 ) and shift half the saw cut ( 10 ) toward the open shrinkage crack ( 8 ) to close the shrinkage crack ( 12 ) tightly. Install a rigid spacer ( 16 ) to maintain the width of the control joint. Install adhesive ( 18 ) from the top of finished concrete slab ( 9 ) into the closed shrinkage crack ( 12 ). The surface of the finished concrete slab ( 9 ) will receive cosmetic repair ( 7 ) to the closed shrinkage crack ( 12 ) and let dry before applying sealer. Other embodiments are described as shown.

An aggregate or colorant may be added to the polymer to improve its performance or to identify that the tire has been treated in such way. The colorant may also be applied for cosmetic or other identification purposes. The polymer may also change or optimize the tire's tread pattern for changes in weather, for example.

A saw cut is created next to the shrinkage crack, and then expansive mortar is applied into the open saw cut. The expansive mortar material gradually expands and urges the saw cut apart. This shifts the portion of the slab between the saw cut and the slab in the direction to close the shrinkage crack tightly. The expanded mortar material is removed from the saw cut and a rigid spacer is installed in the saw cut. An adhesive can be installed between the two sides of the crack. The surface of the repaired slab can be given cosmetic repairs, and let dry before applying a sealer.

The invention relates to a method that is particularly suitable for the repair of damaged composite fibre components 1 with integrated fibre optics on aircraft. The method involves: a) pre-treating damaged area 2. in particular by mechanical removal of material, at least in certain areas; b) disclosing fibre optic 3 in an edge area 6 of damaged area 2, in particular by a chemical etching process, c) splicing in a bridging fibre optic 18 for restoring the optical connection; and d) gluing in and/or over a repair patch 20. The invention also relates to a device, in particular a repair stick 7, with two containers 8, 9 connected by a valve 10, and a contact body 11 connected by a flexible pipe 12 to second container 9. The container 9 contains an acid for carrying out the actual etching process, and second container 8 is filled with a lye for neutralising the acid after completion of the etching process. The method and the device are particularly suitable for the so-called "in field" repair and/or in the production of composite fibre components with fibre optics.

The inlet and outlet passages are each formed as a respective groove that extends longitudinally between first (72) and second ends (74) defined at the surface of the component. Each groove has a first end portion (76) and a second end portion (78) defining the first and second ends respectively, and an intermediate portion (80) located between the first and second end portions and extending into the void. The first and second end portions of the respective grooves are chamfered such that the end portions have a depth relative to the surface of the component that increases progressively moving along the groove from the first and second ends towards the intermediate portion, in order to prevent cracks from forming in the wind turbine component as a result of the repair.

Способ ремонта по меньшей мере участка звукопоглощающей панели для гондолы (1) турбореактивного двигателя (6) летательного аппарата, причем упомянутая панель содержит звукопоглощающую обшивку (104), в которой просверлено множество звукопоглощающих отверстий (106), сплошную обшивку (112) и ячеистую звукопоглощающую конструкцию (108), содержащую множество ячеек (110), каждая из которых имеет одну или более дренажную прорезь (132), расположенную в одной или более стенках, образующих каждую ячейку (110), причем упомянутая конструкция (108) расположена между звукопоглощающей обшивкой (104) и сплошной обшивкой (112), при этом упомянутый способ включает в себя следующие этапы:А - ограничивают участок звукопоглощающей панели, подлежащий вырезанию;В - вырезают упомянутый участок, за исключением звукопоглощающей обшивки (106);С - извлекают упомянутый вырезанный участок, тем самым формируя вырез в звукопоглощающей панели, образующий зону (102) выреза, закрытую звукопоглощающей обшивкой (104);D - инжектируют полимер (130), способный затвердевать при окружающей температуре, через звукопоглощающие отверстия (106) звукопоглощающей обшивки (104), причем упомянутые отверстия (106) заканчиваются в целых ячейках (124), смежных с соединительными ячейками (122), принадлежащими разрезанной звукопоглощающей панели (100), так, чтобы закупорить дренажные прорези (132) упомянутых соединительных ячеек (122), причем упомянутые соединительные ячейки (122) предназначены для соприкосновения с зоной (102) выреза;Е - помещают в зону (102) выреза и на звукопоглощающую обшивку (104) сменную ячеистую звукопоглощающую конструкцию, причем упомянутая сменная звукопоглощающая конструкция имеет

The present invention relates to a material for repairing damaged painted surfaces, wherein the material includes a paint layer which is capable of deformation and which is made of microcapsules held together by a binder. The paint is contained in the microcapsules in the form of paint droplets or powdered paint particles. The repair method has a damaged area of the front windscreen removed by milling or drilling before filling the resulting recess (4) with a clear glass substance. The damaged crystal structure and sufficient surrounding glass are removed to obtain a recess with a regular shape, e.g. a spherical shape, in which a glass body (5) with a matching shape and a flat front surface is fitted and secured by an adhesive or by thermal bonding.
