Arrangement for holding a turning wave
With machines to pulling, Extmdieren or mixing materials, in particular of plastics, the supply of the granular, powdery or paste-like material takes place by means of a pair of waves, with which each wave or each other interspersing screw connections exhibits a blading; these are enclosed from an area to consolidating or mixing the material. The axles, which take up axial forces, are each other close neighbouring and for at least one wave are missing the area for arranging Tragund thrust bearings. It is already a camp well-known for the admission of high axial forces, in particular at high numbers of revolutions, with which the load is distributed on several ball bearings by means of mechanical Ehmente, whereby wedge-shaped surfaces with different inclinations are intended, which support the distribution of the load.
Here the rings and cases, which serve the load as Zwlschenelemente for the distribution, are flexibly trained by means of profiles and it all pressures and consequently also the load on a circular surface are applied. The arrangement has the disadvantage that by their training a rapid wear of the individual parts arises and is formed also harmful friction forces.
It becomes now during an arrangement holding a turning wave with axial load, whereby the wave of several thrust bearings is held, which are arranged between radial collars of two rows of sockets, suggested that the collars of the internal sockets, which are located on the wave, and which are assigned to collars of of the outside between two neighbouring camps sockets, which are radially firmly and axially relocatable intended at a cylinder, each other overlapping in each case, whereby the outside sockets are preferably alike and with one another in contact are.
During the arrangement according to invention the load will transfer from a ball bearing to the other one by two rows from sockets. The last ball bearing has an even surface, on which the reaction forces of the internal Buchsenrelhe are applied. The latter socket of the outside row has likewise an even surface, in order to transfer the reaction forces. That means thus that a load is distributed on two circular surfaces and that these surfaces are even, if to the axle coaxial forces are distributed homogeneously on both surfaces.
It is appropriate, if between the walls of the internal Buchseu in connection and the walls in connection with the outside sockets bulges from flexible or more flexible material are inserted.
Erf'mdungsgemäß is further suggested that bulges from flexible material are intended between or the two surfaces of the camps and the collar internal and/or outside sockets.
In the following the invention is descriptive on the basis a Ausflihrungsbeispieles; the Erf'mdung is however not limited to it. The design shows a sketch in the profile of the arrangement according to invention. In this design the parts of the waves with the blading or the screw connection were omitted.
The Bezugszelchen --1--- designates the framework of the machine, also --2-- is the head camp of the first wave --3-- designated, those of three carrying camps --4-- one holds. The second wave --5-- becomes from two carrying camps ---6--- held. The rear part of the wave --5-- is with the front part --7-- the wave --8-- connected. This wave --8-- has an oblong anchorage (groove) --9--, those the blocking, which does not arise radially and axially, the five internal sockets --10-- caused, whereby a flexible or flexible Materlalwulst --11--- is inserted.
0 the internal socket --10-- has a collar ---12---, to falling the front surface of the thrust bearings --13--. Five expresses sockets ---14-- are radially held, but axial with the help of an oblong anchorage (groove) --15-- in the cylinder --16--, that at the framework --1-- fastened is mobile.
Between the sockets --14-- are bulges --17-- from flexible or more flexible material inserted.
The sockets ---14--- have a collar --18-- to the Abstütztmg of the rear surface of the thrust bearings 5 --13--.
Between each internal socket --10-- and the associated outside socket --14-- Tragund is thrust bearings --13-- arranged, whereby a bulge --19-- from flexible or more flexible material between their surface and the collar ---12--- is intended. The rear surface of the last camp --13-- supports itself at the seat --20-- the framework --1-- off, likewise the end of the last socket --14--. The axial load of the wave --5-- can so on the different internal and outside sockets --10, 14-- and their camps --13--- distributed and on the framework --1-- are transferred.
Of course the number of the camps can --13--, the internal and outside sockets --10, 14-- depending upon the existing area and the loads vary. The cylinder --15-- can at the framework --1-- fastened or of this ahnehmbar its, without exceeding the range of the invention. 1° / Device for supporting a rotating shaft with axial pulses in conjunction with another adjacent shaft and parallel, the first shaft being longer than the second, characterized in that the latter is supported by a plurality of pulse pads inserted between the collars of two series of rings, provided with radial collars, in inner row being mounted radially integral with and sliding axially on the shaft and the other set of integral outer rings radially and axially sliding being integral with a cylinder secured to the frame or able to be disconnected therefrom.. 2° / A device according to claim 1, characterized in that between the walls of the inner rings and the walls with the outer rings are inserted washers made elastic or flexible material. 3° / A device according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that washers made of elastic material are inserted between one or both sides of the pads and the collars, of the inner rings and/or outer. 4° / A device for supporting two adjacent axes, and parallel, substantially as previously described and illustrated by attached drawing.
