The invention concerns a device for the application of a Geweheklehstoffes on basis from human or animal proteins to smooth and/or approach-supporting connecting of human or animal Gewebeoder organ parts, to the Wundversiegelung, staunching of bleeding u.dgl., which fabric adhesive is formed by bringing together solutions of the proteins and blood clotting-promoting coagulating factors in situ, with a majority of containers for the admission, ending in connecting pieces, to applizierenden components, favourably with a majority of standardized one-way syringe bodies from plastic material, ending in cones, whereby on the connecting pieces of the containers a connecting head is put onable, which exhibits its own promotion channel for each to applizierenden of the components. A well-known device of this kind is descriptive in at-PS Nr.366916. As components of the fabric adhesive can on the one hand a factor XIII and Fibrinogen a containing solution and on the other hand a Thrombin containing solution be used. These components are mixed in a Mischkanüle put on on the connecting head and applied on and/or the Wundstelle which can be protected which can be treated. LS although well-known performing essentially worked, can myself as difficulty result in that it already comes during an interruption of the river of the components during the application or on use of long and thin Mischkanülen to a solidification of the fabric adhesive into the Mischkanüle, which has as a consequence that the Mischkanüle must be replaced immediately. A such procedure can lead to substantial disturbances during an expiration of operation, particularly if the application place, e.g. in a body cavity, is not easily accessible. A modified execution form in at-PS Nr.366916 described mechanism covers a Sprüheinrichtung for the components which can be mixed, whereby a feed canal for a sterile gas is arranged in the angle to the promotion channels of the components which can be mixed. During this Sprüheinrichtung a conical atomization of the components takes place in a distance from 10 to 20 cm before the delta of the promotion channels; this mechanism is suitable from there only for wide applications and cannot not be used for with difficulty accessible processing sections likewise. Finally 642-649 (1979) is become known also a mechanism for the application of coagulatable substances in body cavities from a publication of Linscheer and Fazio in Gastroenterology 77, which device consists of a plastic catheter. The mechanism consists of a majority of containers for the components which can be mixed, to which hose lines are set, which are inseparably connected with a mehrlumigen catheter. Such a mechanism has however the disadvantage that no possibility exists for the connection and/or the exchange of different application devices, is not ductile and is usable only in connection with an endoscope, with whose assistance it to the application place be led must. The invention aims at the avoidance of the described disadvantages and difficulties and places themselves the task to arrange a device of the initially designated kind interference-proof and to make it usable also for with difficulty accessible application ranges, whereby an interruption of the river of the components which can be mixed necessary during a treatment does not make replacing of parts of the device necessary. Further the device is to be usable in accordance with the invention with and without help of an endoscope. These tasks of the invention are solved during a device of the initially designated kind thereby that the connecting head possesses an additional promotion channel for a medical gas, which leads parallel and closely neighbouring to the remaining F5rderkanälen to the face of the connecting head, and that the connecting head continues either into a mehrlumigen, a gas promotion channel containing Katbeter or into a Mischkanüle. After a favourable execution form the connecting head is connected einstückig with the mehrlumigen catheter or is in escape-ends connection of the gas promotion channels on the connecting head plug-on. After a further favourable execution form the catheter possesses an additional lumen for a formed wire except the lumens for everyone to applizierenden components and for the medical gas. With all aforementioned execution forms of the device according to invention it can come to no blockage; with increase of the pressure of the medical gas an atomization of the components at the point of the Mischkanüle and/or at the delta of the catheter lumens can be managed, so that the device can be used also for kleinfläehige application ranges. The device according to invention is more near described with a remark example in the designs, whereby Fig.l show a partly cut side view of the device, Fig.2 a partial section around 90° and Fig.3 a cross section by the catheter in accordance with the line III III the Fig.1. Fig.4 illustrates an amended execution form of the connecting head of the device with put onable Mischkanüle. Fig.5 shows chart-borrowed a special execution form of a Mischkanüle. With --1 and 2-- two standardized one-way syringe bodies are characteristic, of " those a solution containing for the admission of a Thrombin and second for the admission a factor XIII and Fibrinogen of a containing solution serve. The syringe bodies --i, 2-- are appropriately designed as standardized one-way syringe bodies from plastic. They are common into a retaining mechanism --3-- begun. With the help of this formed wire the catheter can receive any plastic form, in order to the application place to be led. With pressure on the pistons --18, 19-- and/or the operating device --17-- after previous opening (the pressure line --30-- operating) not represented valve are supplied the components of the application place which can be mixed, whereby constantly flowing gas keeps free the promotion channels reliably. An amended execution form is represented in Fig.4, whereby the connecting head --27--, is otherwise in the same way trained like those after the Fig.l and 2, a sockelförmigen extension --35-- exhibits, in that the three parallel promotion channels --28, 29 and 30-- are united. On this extension (by cutting the catheter off --31-- in accordance with the Fig.l to be formed) is a Mischkanüle can --36-- by means of the base --35-- comprehensive flange --37-- put onable. Depending upon choice of the conveying speed and delivery of the medical gas with the application both with the execution form with catheter and with the execution form with the Misehkanüle at the delta a liquid withdrawal of the components and/or an atomization of the components can be achieved, so that the device is applicable to far extent.

In a device for applying a tissue adhesive, which is formed in situ by bringing together solutions of proteins and coagulation-promoting clotting factors, a plurality of containers (1, 2), ending in attachment pieces (25, 26), is provided for receiving the components to be applied, it being possible for a connection head (27) to be arranged on the attachment pieces (25, 26) of the containers (1, 2), which connection head has one delivery channel (28, 29) for each of the components to be applied. In order also to reach poorly accessible application areas with the device, even without the assistance of an endoscope, the connection head (27) has an additional delivery channel (30) for a medical gas, which channel runs parallel and closely adjacent to the other delivery channels to the end face of the connection head (27), and the connection head (27) continues in a multi-lumen catheter (31) containing a gas delivery channel (30).
