AUGMENTATIVE AND ALTERNATIVE COMMUNICATION DEVICE FOR DISABLED PERSON

The present invention relates to an augmentative and alternative communication device for a disabled person, and more specifically, to an augmentative and alternative communication device for a disabled person, wherein a disabled person while having the ability to view and perceive pictures to some extent is able to express personal intentions. The augmentative and alternative communication device for a disabled person according to the present invention comprises: a plate-shaped body in which an indicator connection bar is protruded from a frontal center thereof; an intention-expressing plate which is attached to the front side of said body, and in which a plurality of symbols are radially attached thereto; an indicator which is rotatably connected to said indicator connection bar, and indicates a corresponding symbol according to the instructions of a user; and a controller which is installed on the lower part of said body, and controls the operation of said indicator by receiving an input signal of the user.
