The present invention relates to a resin composition which contains polyalkylene carbonate, polylactide, and polyalkyl(meth)acrylate and which exhibits remarkably improved transparency while retaining excellent biodegradability and superior mechanical and thermal properties. The resin composition of the present invention can be used in various fields, such as various kinds of films, sheets, disposable products, electronic products, and car interior materials.[1]
