The present invention is directed to films that are deposited with foamable inks or coatings. One purpose is to facilitate their separation for recycling purposes. The films are particularly useful as packaging labels. The inks/coatings are designed so that foaming is activated when the film is in the hot-wash stage of a typical recycle process. This provides added buoyancy to the film allowing it to float to the surface and be removed, thereby significantly improving the efficiency of the recycle process. A feature of the invention is that, prior to this hot wash, the inks/coatings remain substantially unfoamed and thereby do not negatively affect the aesthetics of labeled package. The foamable inks/coatings can be used with any type of film.

The resulting total-yield of nano-carbon polymorphs is over 50% by weight from properly selected coal. Innovative means are added to the prevalent comminution and sorting practices to further reduce energy and chemical consumption. More importantly, the method also refines the comminution and sorting details for producing the best custom-made formulations. This holistic engineering approach eliminates unnecessary separation and sorting steps because a custom-made formulation typically requires blending the sorted components. Formulations with mixed nano-carbon polymorphs are engineered as new and high-valued-added composite ingredients to critically raise the performance of cement-based, polymer-based, and metal-based composites. 1. A modified selective recirculation circuit has a loading stage, a stripping stage and a filtering stage for use in processing a feed stream or slurry containing mineral particles. The stripping stage forms a first loop with the loading stage, a second loop with the filtering stage. The loading stage has a loading mixer and a loading washing screen. The stripping stage has a stripping mixer and a stripping washing screen. The loading mixer receives the slurry and causes barren media in the circuit to contact with the slurry so that the mineral particles in the slurry are loaded onto the barren media. The media is directed to the stripping stage where the mineral particles are removed from the media. The barren media is recycled to the loading stage. The stripping solution recovered from the filtering stage is returned to the stripping stage and the mineral particles are discharged as concentrate.

본 발명은 폐 건축 골재를 세척 및 부유물 분리, 파쇄하여 건축 골재로 재생하는 폐 건축 골재 재생장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 폐 건축 골재를 세척 및 부유물 분리, 파쇄하여 건축 골재로 재생하기 위해 폐 건축 골재를 세척조에서 세척 및 부유물(이물질) 분리 후 컨베이어에 의해 이송하되, 상기 세척소에서 배출되는 세척수 및 컨베이어서 낙하되는 세척수 및 토분을 저장하여 토분은 이송 스크류 및 컨베이어에 의해 분리 배출하고 세척수는 제1,2,3 저장실로 오버 플로우 시키는 과정에서 부유물을 제거한 후 세척조에 재 순환하여 사용하므로 장치의 효율성을 극대화시키고, 특히 상기 제1저장실에서 토분이 이송 스크류에 서서히 침전되도록 유도하여 장치의 부하를 절감하여 고장을 방지하므로 장치의 내구성을 향상시키도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.

본 고안은 건설폐기물의 효율적인 재활용을 도모하기 위하여 고안된 것으로서, 건설폐기물 처리 과정 중 발생되는 폐토사를 제1수침분리조(100)에서 일정시간동안 분산제수용액과 교반하여 점성을 제거하고, 제2수침분리조(200)내에서 점토입자가 콜로이드 상태에서 외벽에 설치된 0.2mm 체벽(202)을 통해 이송되는 투과식 점토슬러리 집수장치(203)로 이송되고 남은 모래를 물과 분리하고, 탈수조(300)에서 가압식 마그네트(302) 이동 장치에 의해 포화간극수를 배출하고 남은 점토가 압축된 여과판 고정틀 세트를 회전배출장치로 이송하여 최종 배출하는 것으로 구성되며 각 공정에서 분리, 분산, 폭기, 여과, 가압, 탈수 등의 효과를 일으켜 양질의 모래와 점토를 생산 가능토록 고안된 제반 설비를 제공하는 것에 관한 것이다. 상기의 구성을 갖는 본 고안은 폐토사를 화학적으로 분산제에 의한 1차 분리 후 물리적으로 장치에 의해 2차 분리를 하여 간편하게 양질의 모래와 점토를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 장치의 장점을 갖는다. 또한, 사용수를 회수하여 재사용함에 따라 폐수의 배출을 최소화하는 처리장치이며, 얻어진 모래는 콘크리트용 모래로 사용이 가능하고, 점토는 각종 도자기, 폐인트, 벽돌, 콘크리트 등에 사용이 가능하다는 장점을 갖는다. 건설폐기물, 점토, 흙, 모래, 교반, 여과, 폭기, 분사.

본 발명은 일차적으로 잘게 파쇄 상태의 폐전선으로부터 재활용 가능한 동과 PVC 및 합성고무, 분술물들을 보다 효율적으로 분리 선별하여 작업의 효율성이 증대되고 자원의 재활용률을 현저히 높일 수 있도록 한 파쇄 상태의 폐전선으로 부터 피브이씨(PVC)와 동 및 합성고무를 선별하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 호퍼로 투입된 파쇄 상태의 폐전선을 제1콘베어장치를 통해 제1분리수조로 운반되어진 폐전선의 무게가 무거운 동과 PVC 및 합성고무는 가라앉게 하고 무게가 가벼운 PP 및 PE는 별도의 분리통으로 일차 분리되게 하고 상기 제1차분리수조내의 일차 분리물을 강체로 물이 공급되고 있는 선별기에 펌핑 공급하여 수력에 의해 동과 합성고무는 격자형의 칸막이가 설치된 각 구획홈에 점차적으로 걸려 모여지게 하고 동시에 PVC는 수력에 의해 제2분리수조로 떠내려와 이차로 분리되게 하며 상기 2차 분리수조에 저장된 PVC를 다시 제2콘베어장치로 펑핌 운반시켜 세척수에 의해 불순물을 재차 제거시킨 다음 스크류 콘베어를 이용하여 분순물이 제거된 PVC를 최종적으로 포장용 포대로 운반 저장하여 분리 구성된 것이다.

本发明公开了一种废铅酸电池破碎废水处理装置,包括处理舱、进水孔、排水孔、排杂结构、电机、输送管、排出管、第一转轴、螺旋板和搅拌结构。本发明的有益效果是:将电池的碎泥与清洁液混合通过进水孔排入处理舱内部,令浊液的液面控制于第一转轴部位,浊液内部的塑料等轻质杂质会浮于浊液液面上,通过第一转轴的转动,第一转轴带动螺旋板会逐渐将浊液表面的塑料等轻质杂质输送至处理舱另一侧的输送管内部,螺旋板的外侧面与输送管的内侧管壁紧密贴合,可以保证在对杂质进行输送的过程中保持螺旋板侧面与输送管之间对液体的密封性能,直至螺旋板将塑料杂质输送至输送管另一端并通过排出管排出,达到对塑料杂质的分离效果。
