A pump 24 with speed control is utilized. A dispenser 12 may have a trigger 16 which actuates a valve 16. Dispenser control 18 has "up" and "down" buttons, 20 and 22 respectively. The controls 28 (comprising elements 18, 20 and 22) for the pump 24 are remote from pump 24. The controls communicate with the pump via wires or radio frequency (RF) 26 to regulate pump speed. Quick button (20 and 22) presses will incrementally change the flow setting while long button (20 and 22) presses will change the settings at a higher rate. This control method can also be tied to the controls located on the pump 24. The potentiometer 30 on the pump 24 will set a max setting, and any adjustments at the valve can go below this setting and back up to it, but never exceed it.

The systems and methods reduce the total acid number (TAN) in crude oil. The crude oil, that includes naphthenic acid, is mixed with at least a caustic solution (e.g., sodium hydroxide) to produce a mixture. After mixing, the mixture is pumped to an atomizing tank. The mixture is spray-atomized in the mixing tank to produce a condensed liquid state of the crude oil that settles at the bottom of the atomizer tank and to produce minute droplets (e.g. mist, fog or the like) of the caustic. The minute droplets interact with and neutralize the naphthenic acid in the condensed liquid state of the crude oil for a predefined period of time. As a result, the resulting crude oil in the bottom of the atomizer tank has a reduced TAN and includes salt water. Additionally, the resulting crude oil has a water concentration that does not exceed 0.5%. 1. Applicant discloses a novel method of spray applying multiple courses of a rapid cure, two part polymer sealant to an aircraft surface. The method sometimes uses a two part polymer mix for use in the aircraft industry that is applied with pneumatic mix and spray gun. The two part cartridge is used in the mix and spray gun so the mix is applied immediately upon mixing, but the two components are kept separated unless the gun is applying the mix. The multiple courses cure to form a clear sealant that allows for inspection of cracks and corrosion beneath the sealant. It cures quickly so that the coated part may be further processed, for example in the assembly line during aircraft build. Said system introduces air through the oil atomizer breaking oil down to a fine vapor allowing the vapor to cover all surfaces of firearm or tool. As the vapor enters the chamber, being heavier than air it forces air out through the exhaust line and filter. Any escaping oil is caught in filter. The oil is able to cover all surfaces of firearm or tool and to penetrate into areas that hand oiling does not reach using much less oil than conventional methods.
