A pressure isolation device for a pipeline system is described. The pressure isolation device changes from an open position to a closed position when the pressure of a fluid flowing through the device exceeds a predetermined threshold pressure. In some embodiments, the pressure isolation device comprises a housing having an internal chamber, a main inlet, and a main outlet. An elongated member is disposed within the internal chamber between the main inlet and main outlet, and is biased towards the open position. As fluid pressure increases, the elongated member is pushed to the closed position and a portion of the elongated member blocks the fluid pathway from the main inlet to the main outlet. The pressure isolation device provides a simple mechanical solution to protecting and isolating downstream pipeline components from over-pressurization. 1. This valve is integrated into a fluid distribution network and enables selective interruption or authorization of the circulation of a fluid. A high capacity fluid control valve includes a valve body having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet connected by a flow corridor, a valve seat disposed within the flow corridor the valve seat being located above a longitudinal axis of a flow pipes connected to the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet, and a valve plug disposed within the flow corridor, the valve plug cooperating with the valve seat to control fluid flow through the valve body. The valve seat is offset from the longitudinal axis of the flow pipes in a direction towards the valve plug. 1. A high capacity fluid control valve comprising:a valve body having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet connected by a flow corridor;a valve seat disposed within the flow corridor, the valve seat being located above a longitudinal axis of flow pipes that are directly connected to the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet; anda valve plug disposed within the flow corridor, the valve plug cooperating with the valve seat to control fluid flow through the valve body,wherein the vale seat is offset from the longitudinal axis of the flow pipes in a direction towards the valve plug.2. 本发明公开了一种上装式波纹管固定球阀,旨在提供一种结构简单、低制造成本的上装式波纹管固定球阀,同时具有高密封性能,其技术方案要点是阀体上设有流入通道、流出通道和连通流入通道和流出通道的阀腔,阀腔内设有阀球,阀杆与阀球固定连接,阀杆与阀盖之间安装密封填料,阀体设有阀座定位件,阀座设有与阀座定位件相配合的定位部;阀座的一端部设有的波纹管组件,波纹管组件包括波纹管以及套设在波纹管上的密封套;阀座的另一端部与阀球相抵触,并且该端部依次套设有板簧和调整圈,调整圈与所述阀座螺纹连接;密封套的一端面与阀体的内侧壁相抵触,另一端面与板簧相抵触,当旋转调整圈,调整圈通过板簧压紧密封套。

PURPOSE: A body for a large caliber synthetic resin valve and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the quality of molded products by precisely molding the interior and exterior of a valve body with an extrusion molding method. CONSTITUTION: A body(A) for a large caliber synthetic resin valve comprises a container(1), an adapter(2), and a support(3). Cylindrical continuum extruding polyethylene resin is cut at a predetermined length to form the container. The container is formed into the shape of a cylindrical pipe. The adapter is welded at the top and the bottom of the outer periphery of the container and is molded by an injection molding method. A first curve part(21) corresponding to the exterior of the container is formed on the underside of the adapter. A second curve part corresponding to the exterior of the container is formed on the upside of the support.
