Изобретение относится к энергетике и может быть использовано в котлах, работающих на газовом или жидком топливе для питания контура центрального отопления или для получения горячей воды. Задачей изобретения является увеличение мощности установки без изменения ее массогабаритных характеристик. Для решения поставленной задачи предлагается теплообменник (варианты), содержащий пару первичных трубных пучков, окружающих газовые или жидкотопливные горелки, и вторичный трубный пучок, на котором происходит конденсация пара, содержащегося в газах сгорания, выходящих из первичных трубных пучков. Три указанных трубных пучка установлены взаимно параллельно и рядом друг с другом в газонепроницаемом корпусе и сообщаются друг с другом. При этом теплообменник содержит средства обеспечения циркуляции воды, подлежащей нагреву, в частности холодной воды, между трубкой или трубками, образующей (образующими) вторичный трубный пучок, и трубкой или трубками, образующей (образующими) первичный трубный пучок. Корпус разделен на уровне вторичного трубного пучка посредством перегородки, расположенной как внутри, так и снаружи указанного пучка. Перегородка позволяет горячим газам, выходящим из одного первичного трубного пучка, контактировать только с полуцилиндрической частью вторичного трубного пучка и проходить через указанную часть, а горячим газам, выходящим из другого первичного трубного пучка, контактировать только с остальной частью вторичного трубного пучка и проходить через указанную часть. In a solid fuel or oil-fired water heater, smoke, in the combustion products from a combustion chamber 4, is consumed at the flue throat 8 by a flame curtain, produced by a burner tube 2 having a plurality of gas burner jets 3, and then takes a circuitous path defined by baffles 10 around the water tubes 12 before entering outlet 11. In a modification (Fig. 3), the burner tube 2 is again located within a flue throat (21) but the latter is positioned so that said burner can play on solid fuel supplied by hopper (17) to the inclined grate (15). The gas burner may be used in addition for lighting the solid fuel fire. In both embodiments, as a result of convection, heating of the water tubes may be achieved by the use of the gas burners alone.

PURPOSE: To facilitate the control of combustion of a solid fuel and enhance heating efficiency by a method wherein at least two furnaces are provided in a water chamber and air is supplied to each of the furnaces from above and below. The abutting flanges between the sections are interrupted at 3<SP>1</SP> to provide passages for the gas flow from the solid fuel combustion chamber 2 to outlet flues 4 above the chamber 1. In a modification the outlet flue is located above the solid fuel chamber in the upper part of which is disposed a removable grate. Hot gases from the gaseous or liquid fuel chamber through and over this grate to dry moist refuse thereon so that it becomes ignited.

본 고안은 고체연료 및 기름과 가스를 연료로 하는 다목적 보일러의 배기부구조에 관한 것으로서, 액체연료(기름,가스)가 연소되는 화실(12)에 하단부가 연결된 연도(12a)의 상단부에 연결되는 통공(13a)과, 고체연료가 연소되는 연소실(11)에 일측단부가 연결된 연관(11a)의 상단부에 연결되는 통공(13a)이 복수개 형성된 다공판(13)에 배기구(14)가 유입부(14a)를 형성하며 결합되어 지는 것에 있어서, 상기 배기구(14)의 상부에 소음기커버(15)가 착탈가능하게 설치되고, 상기 소음기커버(15)에는 배기구(14)의 내부에 화실(12)에서 배출되는 연소가스가 유입되는 제1유입부(14b)와, 연소실(11)에서 연소되는 연소가스가 유입되는 제2유입부(14c)를 갖도록 하는 공기차단판(16)을 설치하여, 액체연료가 연소되는 화실(12)에서 발생된 연소가스는 배기구(14)의 제1유입부(14b)로 유입된 후 연통을 통해 보일러(10)의 외부로 배출이 이루어지게되고, 고체연료가 연소되는 연소실(11)에서 발생되는 연소가스는 제2유입부(14c)로 유입된 후 연통을 통해 보일러(10)의 외부로 배출이 이루어지게 됨으로서, 상기 고체연료인 조개탄, 목재, 종이, 플라스틱, 비닐등을 연소실(11)에서 연소시키는 것에 의해 발생된 미연소분진과 그름 및 핏치등이 액체연료인 가스나 기름이 연소되어 유입되는 제1유입부(14b)를 오염시키지 않게되어 보일러의 효율이 저하되는 것이 방지되고, 상기 배기구(14)의 유입부(14a)가 오염된 경우에는 소음기커버(15)를 배기구(14)로 부터 분리하는 것에 의해 다공판(13)이 개방됨으로서, 배기구(14)의 유입부 내부를 청소하는 것이 용이하게 이루어지도록 하는 것이다. A boiler comprising a water jacket surrounding upper and lower combustion chambers for receiving heat for heating water or other fluid therein. The upper and lower combustion chambers are defined by a refractory structure which extends entirely across the inner casing. A vertical passage through the refractory structure provides for flow of combustion gases from the upper to lower combustion chamber. Oxygen is provided through a first forced air inlet to the upper combustion chamber for burning of wood or biomass in the upper combustion chamber. Oxygen is provided through a forced air passage in the refractory structure and opening into the vertical passage thereby providing at least one second forced air inlet to the vertical passage for burning of the combustion gases and particulates passing therethrough from the upper combustion chamber. The refractory structure sealingly engages the inner casing in a manner to seal the upper combustion chamber from the lower combustion chamber so that the upper combustion chamber can be made substantially air tight whereby the upper combustion chamber can be pressurized by forced air thereto to effect expulsion of combustion gases and particulates from the upper combustion chamber through the vertical passage for burning thereof. Refractory material in the lower combustion chamber provides refractory surface on which the burning combustion gases and particulates expelled through the vertical passage impinge.

The dust-collecting cyclone unit comprises a latent heat exchanger having a plurality of latent heat tubes therein and exchanging heat with the sensible heat tube using the latent heat generated during a condensation of the combustion gas; and a cyclone tube arranged below the latent heat exchanger and having a conical shape with a diameter decreasing as it goes downwardly, the cyclone tube enabling the dust in the combustion gas to fall downwardly as the combustion gas rotates along an inner wall surface of the cyclone tube.

The central cylindrical body (14; 114) can be made either in a version for feeding with solid fuel only or in a version for mixed feeding, in which case the boiler is provided with appropriate supports for a conventional burner (17). The main advantage of the boiler is its great autonomy of feeding with solid fuel which is introduced thereinto in considerable amounts - if desired, in the form of large economical pieces of wood logs - which, however, are burned gradually in time.

Liquid entering the reservoir passes through a secondary heat exchanger 150 and is warmed by the secondary heat exchanger. The secondary heat exchanger acts as a thermal store.
