A catalyst regenerator according to an embodiment of the present invention, after mixing naphtha and a catalyst to induce a separation reaction of the naphtha, separates the coked catalyst and produced olefin, and regenerates the catalyst that falls after being coked. The catalyst regenerator comprises: a vessel for storing a catalyst layer that forms as the catalyst accumulates; a partial oxidation burner that generates a high-temperature gas containing solid carbon; and a supply nozzle which is connected to the partial oxidation burner, is installed on the floor of the vessel and points toward the falling catalyst and the catalyst layer, and sprays the high-temperature gas containing solid carbon at the catalyst and the catalyst layer.
