Class 64(1) A hot-water system having a water heater 10 and a storage reservoir 13 has a thermostatically-controlled instantaneous water heater 23 associated with an outlet 20 from the reservoir 13. The outlet 20 is connected through an adjustable throttle valve 21 to the heater 23 which is connected by a hot water control valve 25 to a point such as a shower 27. This point may also be supplied through a control valve 28 from a cold water pipe 15. A cam (not shown) secured to the spindle of the valve 25 operates a spring-loaded valve 29 controlling the supply of gas to a burner 34 and is shaped so that the valve 29 is fully opened before the valve 25. A projection on the cam comes into contact with a stem on the valve 29 when the valve 25 is fully open. Specification 847,356 is referred to.

本发明实施例公开了一种节能壁挂炉,包括加热水箱、进水箱、封闭隔离供暖水路结构以及燃烧装置;加热水箱包括保温箱体,及设于保温箱体内的换热器,进水箱包括进水箱体、烟热回收管以及风机;烟热回收管设于进水箱体内;保温箱体设有出烟口,出烟口与烟热回收管的首端之间通过设有的集烟管连通,风机安装于集气管的末端,进水箱体与燃烧装置之间设有空气进气管,进入进水箱体内的空气吸收烟热回收管内的烟气热量后经空气进气管送至燃烧装置参与燃烧。本发明使得最终排出的烟气温度控制在60摄氏度以内,相比现有技术中排烟温度超过140摄氏度,烟气大部分的热量被充分地回收利用了起来,提升了能量转换效率及利用率,达到了高效节能的目的。
