A light-emitting element comprises a pixel electrode, an electroluminescent layer, a transparent electrode, a passivation film, a stress relieving layer, and a low refractive index layer, all of which are stacked sequentially. The stress relieving layer serves to prevent peeling of the passivation film. The low refractive index layer serves to reduce reflectivity of light generated in the electroluminescent layer in emitting to air. Therefore, a light-emitting element with high reliability and long lifetime and a display device using the light-emitting element can be provided.

The display panel includes a plurality of light-emitting unit groups. A light-transmitting region is between every two adjacent light-emitting unit groups. Each light-emitting unit group includes a light-shielding layer and a light-emitting unit. According to the display panel provided in the present disclosure, light emitted by the light-emitting unit can be viewed from on one side, and light emitted by the light-emitting unit cannot be emitted from the other side due to shielding by the light-shielding layer. Since the light-transmitting region exists, the other side is still transparent. Thus, the display panel can be combined with varied transparent components, which diversifies function of the display panel.

An AMOLED panel is disclosed. The panel includes, from bottom up in sequence, a substrate, a first electrode layer, an opaque insulation layer, and pixel defined layers among which pixel regions are arranged. The opaque insulation layer extends to the pixel region in which an organic light emitting layer is arranged. The organic light emitting layer has a film thickness non-uniform region at a position near to an inclined surface of a pixel defined layer facing the pixel region. When observed along a normal line direction of the substrate, a projection of the film thickness non-uniform region on the opaque insulation layer is inside the opaque insulation layer. In the panel, the non-uniform light resulted by the film thickness non-uniform region can be completely shaded by the opaque insulation layer. In this manner, only light with a uniform brightness that is emitted by a film thickness uniform region can transmit through the substrate, and thus the pixel region can have a uniform brightness. Therefore, brightness uniformity of the panel can be improved. A method for manufacturing the panel is further disclosed. A performance of the panel can be ensured, and a product quality can be improved. 1. A display device , comprising:a display panel including a main area and a sensor area; anda plurality of sensor devices at least partially overlapping the sensor area of the display panel in a thickness direction of the display panel,wherein the display panel includes a plurality of first subpixels disposed in the sensor area and a plurality of second subpixels disposed in the main area, andwherein the number of transistors of each of the plurality of first subpixels is different from the number of transistors of each of the plurality of second subpixels.2. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the number of transistors of each of the plurality of first subpixels is smaller than the number of transistors of each of the plurality of second subpixels.3. The display device of claim 2 , whereinthe display panel further includes scan lines, data lines, and emission lines, andthe first plurality of subpixels and the second plurality of subpixels each include:a driving transistor controlling a driving current that flows from a first electrode to a second electrode of the driving transistor, in accordance with a data voltage applied to a gate electrode of the driving current;a light-emitting element connected to the second electrode of the driving transistor,a first transistor that is turned on by a scan signal from one of the scan lines so as to connect the gate electrode of the driving transistor and an initialization voltage line to which an initialization voltage is applied;a second transistor that is turned ...
