The present invention relates to novel pyrazole derivatives as inhibitors of Traf2- and NCK-interacting kinase (TNIK), I-kappa-B kinase epsilon (IKKε) and TANK- binding kinase 1 (TBK1). The pyrazole derivatives according to the present invention can act as effective inhibitors of TNIK, IKKε and TBK1, and thus can be usefully used as an anticancer agent for various cancers including colorectal cancer, breast cancer, central nervous system cancer, colon cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, kidney cancer, prostate cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, skin cancer, lung cancer, brain cancer, bladder cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, thyroid cancer, skin cancer, head and neck cancer, squamous cell carcinoma, osteosarcoma, B-cell or T-cell lymphoma, acute or chronic leukemia and multiple myeloma as well as a medicine for treating chronic inflammation.
