Further, the friction coefficient of the coated layer is less than the friction coefficient of the insulating sheath, and the hydrophobicity of the coated layer is greater than the hydrophobicity of the insulation sheath. Also, the thickness of the coated layer is less than the thickness of the insulating sheath.
