The oil pump driving device for a vehicle includes: a motor driving unit driving a motor for driving an oil pump; a current detecting unit detecting a current of a driving power supply applied to the motor; and a control unit outputting a target RPM of the motor using a PWM signal in the motor driving unit based on an engine RPM and the target RPM of the vehicle received from a main control unit of the vehicle and controlling the driving of the motor by receiving an actual RPM of the motor from the motor driving unit. The motor is formed as a three phase BLAC motor, and the three phase BLAC motor is applied to the oil pump. The driving of the motor is controlled in a magnetic flux standard control method.
