... 본 발명은 살균패드, 살균패드 제조방법, 살균패드를 구비한 변좌 및 변기 살균 방법에 관한 것이며, 상세하게는 온도 증가시 살균물질의 방출이 촉진되는 살균패드, 살균패드 제조방법, 살균패드를 구비한 변좌 및 변기 살균 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 살균패드는 소정의 크기를 가진 공극을 가지는 폴리우레탄 포옴; 및 내부에 살균물질을 구비하고, 폴리우레탄 포옴의 공극으로 담지되어 폴리우레탄 포옴의 표면을 코팅토록 제공된 마이크로캡슐로 이루어진 것이 바람직하다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 살균패드를 구비한 변좌는, 변기에 안착되는 구조를 가진 변좌몸체; 및 변좌몸체를 개폐할 수 있도록 변좌몸체에 연결되며, 온도 증가시 살균물질의 외부로의 방출이 촉진되는 살균패드가 구비된 변좌커버를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
