... 본 발명은 코골이 및 수면 무호흡 감지 및 치료 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 환자로부터 발생하는 진동 및 소음을 감지하는 감지장치, 상기 환자의 입안에 착용하는 치료장치 및 상기 감지장치가 전송하는 진동 및 소음에 대한 신호를 분석하여 상기 치료장치의 구동을 제어하는 제어장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 코골이 및 수면 무호흡 감지장치를 패드 형식의 필름 타입으로 형성한바, 전체 수면 무호흡 감지장치의 부피가 획기적으로 줄어들 수 있으므로, 환자가 코골이 및 수면 무호흡 감지장치가 설치된 흉부용 밴드를 장시간 착용하여 수면 무호흡 검사를 받아도 기존 수면 무호흡 감지장치를 착용한 것과 같은 답답함과 불편함을 느끼지 않고 정상적인 수면상태에 쉽게 이를 수 있으며, 환자로부터 발생하는 진동 및 소음을 감지하는 센서부가 압전효과를 이용한 피에조 필름을 이용하므로, 주변 온도 변화에 큰 영향을 받지 않고, 수면 무호흡 상태를 정확하게 감지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 아울러, 코골이 및 수면 무호흡 치료장치가 코골이 및 수면 무호흡 상태에서만 동작하여 환자의 하악을 전방으로 이동시키거나 기도를 확보하므로, 환자가 코골이 및 수면 무호흡 치료장치를 편안하게 장시간 착용할 수 있으며, 코골이 및 수면 무호흡 치료장치에 탈착 가능한 스페이서 및 탈착부를 형성함으로써 환자의 상태가 악화되거나 호전되더라도 그에 맞는 새로운 치료장치를 추가적으로 제작할 필요가 없다는 효과가 있다. 또한, 코골이 및 수면 무호흡 감지장치가 감지한 결과에 따라 제어장치가 코골이 및 수면 무호흡 치료장치의 구동을 자동으로 제어하며, 환자의 상태를 모니터링부에 실시간으로 표시하므로, 환자나 수면 다원 검사의 검사자 모두에게 편리함을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a worsted-like polyester composite processed yarn having excellent bathochromic properties, exhibiting polychromatic, natural colors, and having appearance and elasticity similar to the worsted yarn fabric. According to the present invention, although the polyester undrawn yarn and the partially stretched yarn, which are original yarns, have a high shrinkage ratio, the yarn can be stabilized quickly by the heat treatment under the conditions of the present invention to realize the appearance and tactile feeling of the worsted-like yarn.
