The present invention also relates to a method for forming a nitride thick film, comprising the steps of: (a) annealing raw material powder of nitride under nitrogen or ammonia gas atmosphere to provide nitride powder comprising whisker; and (b) coating a substrate with the nitride powder obtained from step (a) through a powder spray process to form a thick film.
