The present invention relates to an apparatus for performing thermoelectric generation using a thermoelectric element (10). The present invention relates to a boiler using a fluidized bed reactor using liquid metal, so as to enhance thermal efficiency and thermal control efficiency, and an operation method thereof. According to the present invention, the boiler comprises: a first fluidized bed reactor to receive and combust fuel and oxidant in one side, to receive the liquid metal inside, and to maintain the temperature over a preset temperature; and a fluid supply unit to supply a fluid to the first fluidized bed reactor. The present invention provides a hybrid gasification system having advantages both of an entrained-bed gasification system, which mainly uses pulverized fuel, and a fluidized-bed gasification system, which is used in gasification of fuel having comparatively diverse characteristics and form. To that end, the present invention provides a hybrid gasification system having a second reaction chamber, operating between 700-900, which encircles the exterior of a first reaction chamber operating at a high temperature, thereby providing insulation and allowing additional heat exchange, and also minimizing heat loss. Additionally, unreacted substances and tar from synthetic gas generated from the first reaction chamber are reacted in the second reaction chamber, thereby improving the overall effectiveness of gasification.
