... 본 발명은 대장암 표적용 펩타이드 및 이를 이용한 방사선 반응성에 따른 대장암 예후 진단용 조성물 및 약물전달 용도에 관한 것으로서, 암 발병환자 개개인의 유전적 차이로 인해 치료 반응성이 달라 환자별 치료사례가 달라짐에 따라 치료 시 문제점을 염두에 두고, 환자 개인별 맞춤형 진단 및 치료를 구현하고자 이를 표적할 수 있는 기능성 펩타이드를 발굴하였다. 실제 환자의 암 미세환경과 유사한 동물모델을 구축하여 방사선 조사한 개체군과 그의 대조군으로 방사선을 조사하지 않은 개체군으로 구분하고, 각 개체군에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드를 스크리닝하여 선별된 펩타이드에 대해 각각의 표적효율을 검증하였다. 이를 통해 최종적으로 방사선 치료 반응성을 예측하기 위한 영상진단 기술 개발 및 그에 따른 맞춤형 표적 치료제 개발에 활용될 수 있다.
