The present invention relates to a heat exchanger for a boiler, which comprises: a flow path pipe which is wound on an outer circumferential surface of a main frame and which has a water inlet, which is on one end unit and through which water flows in to generate heating water by heat exchange with the main frame, and a water outlet, which is on the other end unit and through which the heating water is discharged; and a return pipe whose both end units are respectively connected to the water outlet and the water inlet of the flow path pipe. A part of the heating water, which is discharged through the water outlet, is bypassed to the water inlet and mixed with the water flowing into the water inlet, and water is supplied by being heated.
