The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an antibacterial ceramic coating composition, the coating composition, and a coating method using the same. The method for manufacturing the antibacterial ceramic coating composition comprises: a step of mixing 10-30 wt% of corundum, 5-25 wt% of a silica stone, 1-15 wt% of tin oxide, 5-30 wt% of borax, 1-18 wt% of a base stone, 1-20 wt% of copper oxide, 0.1-5 wt% of magnesium carbonate, 0.1-5 wt% of cobalt oxide, and 0.1-5 wt% of manganese dioxide; a step of melting the mixed composition at the temperature of 1,200-1,600°C to produce an amorphous sintered body; a step of cooling the produced amorphous sintered body; a step of pulverizing the cooling product; a step of coating the pulverized product on a surface of a metal base material; a step of sintering the metal base material, on which the composition is coated, at the temperature of 800-950°C for 1-30 minutes; and a step of cooling the sintered metal base material.
