The present invention relates to a method for producing fermented milk with a single process, which integrally mixes and ferments all raw materials including raw milk containing a lactic acid bacterial starter, powdered skim milk, syrup, and others added in a preparation process; and to the fermented milk produced by the method. A method for producing fermented milk with a single process according to the present invention is capable of producing fermented milk which is capable of improving health of a drinker by maintaining a high viscosity of the fermented milk, thereby improving a taste and a texture of the fermented milk, and increasing an amount of lactic acid bacteria contained in the fermented milk.
