Disclosed is an asphalt reinforcement material using a hot melt adhesive sheet. According to the present invention, the asphalt reinforcement material using a hot melt adhesive sheet comprises: a lattice net made of at least one fiber selected from carbon fiber, aramid fiber, polyester fiber, and glass fiber, and woven in a lattice shape; an adhesive coating layer formed on the lattice net to apply an environmentally water-soluble adhesive to the lattice net such that the environmentally water-soluble adhesive penetrates between the strands of the fabric forming the lattice net to maintain the shape of the lattice net without loosening or breaking the strands; and an adhesive sheet made of a hot melt made of a thermoplastic resin, adhered to and bonded to a back surface or a front surface, or the back surface and the front surface of the lattice net formed with the adhesive coating layer, and adhering the lattice net and asphalt while being melted by heat of the asphalt at the time of reinforcing ...
