Provided by the present invention is a manufacturing method of an organic thin film, which comprises: (a) a step of making a mixture by mixing 20-40 wt% of an organic semiconductor and 60-80 wt% of a polymer insulator having a molecular weight of 3-40 kDa with a solvent; (b) a step of forming a coating layer by coating the mixture on a substrate by using a zone casting method; and (c) a step of drying the coated layer. The organic thin film manufacturing method according to the present invention can manufacture an organic thin film having a large area and excellent electrical characteristics while remarkably reducing manufacturing costs compared to existing methods by reducing the use amount of an organic semiconductor, which is an expensive material, by coating the substrate with the mixture, in which the polymer insulator and the organic semiconductor are mixed, in the zone casting method.
