According to the present invention, one of myricetin derivatives, laricitrin, combretol, and syringetin as well as a myricetin derivative of a novel structure obtained through the acylation of myricetin have an inhibitory effect on the formation of SNARE complex in vivo, and thus these myricetin derivatives is used as a SNARE-targeting pro-drug.
