The present invention relates to high-bulk and uncoated printing paper suitable for offset printing and a preparing method thereof. More specifically, the high-bulk and uncoated printing paper includes: pulp (1) used for the preparation of the paper; and bulking agents which are coated on the surface of the fibers of the pulp (1) to hydrophobicize the fibers and prevent inter-fiber hydrogen bonding. The thickness of the printing paper is relatively greater at the same basis weight to reduce the manufacturing cost and improve preservation properties. The present invention relates to multi-directional polypeptides and a self-assembled nano-structure including the same. The polypeptides have a multi-directional and unparallel arrangement structure of R1 and R3 domains having a beta-sheet structure to provide an alpha-helix structure more stable than the conventional unidirectional polypeptides. The nano-structure is prepared as an unparallel quasi-loop structure to be easily synthesized without additional configuration elements such as linker units and has the relatively low molecular weight.
