The transmitter allocates a plurality of pilot symbols for channel estimation at every interval of an oversampling factor in the symbol interval region of a transmission frame. The predetermined frame length of a transmission frame is 4N+1 (N is a natural number) and the number thereof is at least nine. By arranging the same pilot symbol at both ends of the transmission frame, the receiver for channel level estimation of a signal level performs time domain pilot averaging on the received oversampling frequency tone to remove interference generated from the data symbol of a different symbol interval and interference between the pilot symbols.
