... 본 발명은 다층 하이드로젤 자가 접힘을 이용한 생체 로봇 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 3차원 구조의 다층 하이드로젤을 이용하여 다양한 곡률반경을 가지는 생체 로봇의 다리 부분을 설계함으로써 약물전달, 조직공학, 환경공학 및 생체모방공학 분야에 다양하게 활용될 수 있다. 또한, 미세접촉 프린팅(μCP) 방법으로 다리 부분에 원형 패턴으로 파이브로넥틴을 패턴화시켜 분화된 근관세포의 수축력은 0.31±0.32 μN 값을 보인 반면, 100 ㎛ 두께의 선형 패턴으로 파이브로넥틴을 패턴화시켜 분화된 근관세포의 수축력은 1.12±0.30 μN 값을 보여 원형 패턴으로 패턴화시켰을 때 약 3.6배 강한 근관세포의 수축력을 가질 수 있으므로 근관세포의 2D 정렬뿐만 아니라 3D 정렬 기술을 도입하여 우수한 구동 능력을 갖는 생체 로봇을 제공할 수 있다.
