The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing rose sparkling wine by using a reed root extract which includes the following steps: producing the reed root extract; obtaining rose base wine by mixing fermented Korean wild grape wine and the reed extract at a volume ratio (v/v) of 1 : 9 to 3 : 7, adding sugar and yeast to the mixture, and fermenting the mixture; obtaining rose base wine with a low alcohol content of 6-8% (v/v) by adding the reed extract into the obtained rose base wine; and adding ammonium phosphate, sugar, and yeast into the obtained rose base wine with a low alcohol content, and bottling and fermenting the rose base wine. The rose sparkling wine manufactured by the method of the present invention has aroma and color unique to reed roots and Korean wild grapes and contains a large amount of various bioactive substances beneficial to the human body.
