The present invention relates to an electro-responsive multilayered nanothin film, and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to an electro-responsive platform of which a DNA-based nanoswitch is activated by applied electrical stimulation, by producing a multilayered nanothin films in which charged reduced graphene, a conductive polymer, and DNA strands are repetitively laminated on top of an electrode using a layer-by-layer assembly. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof.
