The embodiments of the present invention provide a tunnel fault detection method and a traffic engineering (TE) node. A device for gel electrophoresis is provided having larger wells for loading an increased sample volume with improved gel resolution. Provided is a high-loading and alkali-resistant protein A magnetic bead. The magnetic bead can maintain chemical stability under pH 2-14 and has an immunoglobulin G (IgG) binding capacity greater than 50 mg/mL. Further provided is a method for purifying and/or detecting an immunoglobulin, comprising a step of contacting a sample containing the immunoglobulin with the high-loading and alkali-resistant protein A magnetic bead. The alkali-resistant protein A magnetic bead can realize rapid purification of immunoglobulin, saving about 80% of treatment time and reducing total purification costs by 50%. In addition, the alkali-resistant protein A magnetic bead has high alkali resistance. An alkaline method for in situ cleaning can be performed to regenerate the magnetic bead after use. The magnetic bead has rapid magnetic response and good dispersiveness, realizing rapid magnetic bead enrichment, cleaning, and elution. The magnetic bead facilitates automated, high-throughput, and large volume purification of a sample.

The method includes: receiving, by a traffic engineering TE node, a link fault report packet; determining, by the node, a faulty link in which a fault occurs according to the link fault report packet; detecting, by the node, whether one or more tunnels which use the node as an ingress node and pass through the faulty link exist; and identifying the tunnels as faulty tunnels if the one or more tunnels which use the node as the ingress node and pass through the faulty link exist. In the embodiments of the present invention, the TE node can detect all faulty tunnels at a time, and it is not necessary to wait until the fault notification based on each tunnel is received and then the faulty tunnel is identified one by one. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the present invention can detect the faulty tunnels in time in a network in which numerous tunnels are configured on a TE node.

Verschiedene Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Offenbarung betreffen einen Bildsensor. Der Bildsensor weist ein Substrat mit einer ersten Seite und einer zweiten Seite auf. Das Substrat weist einen Pixelbereich auf. Ein Photodetektor liegt in dem Pixelbereich. Ein erster dotierter Bereich liegt in dem Pixelbereich. Ein zweiter dotierter Bereich liegt in dem Pixelbereich. Der zweite dotierte Bereich liegt vertikal zwischen dem ersten dotierten Bereich und der ersten Seite des Substrats. In dem Substrat liegt eine dotierte Wanne, die den Pixelbereich seitlich umgibt. Die dotierte Wanne liegt teilweise in dem zweiten dotierten Bereich. Ein Abschnitt des zweiten dotierten Bereichs liegt vertikal zwischen der dotierten Wanne und der zweiten Seite des Substrats. In dem Halbleitersubstrat liegt eine Grabenisolationsstruktur, die den Pixelbereich seitlich umgibt. Eine Grundfläche der Grabenisolationsstruktur liegt innerhalb einer Grundfläche der dotierten Wanne.

The embodiments of the present application further disclose a traffic control apparatus. By using the present application, centralized policing and classification can be performed on user traffic in a multipath transmission scenario.
