Program disturb is a condition that includes the unintended programming of a memory cell while performing a programming process for other memory cells. Such unintended programming can cause an error in the data being stored. In some cases, program disturb can result from electrons trapped in the channel being accelerated from one side of a selected word line to another side of the selected word line and redirected into the selected word line. To prevent such program disturb, it is proposed to open the channel from one side of a selected word line to the other side of the selected word line after a sensing operation for program verify and prior to a subsequent programming voltage being applied.

Methods and systems for downlink transmit power control command transmission

Backwards compatibility may be achieved by transmitting an alternating pattern of uplink TPC commands in uplink timeslots. In one example, a served user equipment (UE) receives a downlink TPC command from a serving base station during a downlink timeslot in a sequence of downlink timeslots, and generates an uplink TPC command based on a received power level of the downlink TPC command. The served UE may then transmit the uplink TPC command in an uplink timeslot mapped to the downlink timeslot in which the downlink TPC command was received, as well as transmit an alternating pattern of uplink TPC commands in other uplink timeslots. The alternating pattern of uplink TPC commands may cause a neighboring base station to effectively maintain its transmit power level.

The base station may signal a first indicator e.g. via Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling to the first UE indicating that the first UE is to monitor for a second indicator that itself indicates the presence of second data on the first resources. The base station may then signal a second indicator to the first UE to indicate the presence of the second data on the first resources. By using the first indicator to initiate the monitoring of the second indicator, the first UE can reduce the amount of monitoring it needs to perform if there is no second data traffic in a certain period of time or in a certain frequency band.

Halogen free synthesis of aminosilanes by catalytic dehydrogenative coupling

Номер: US0009920078B2

Compounds and method of preparation of Si—X and Ge—X compounds (X═N, P, As and Sb) via dehydrogenative coupling between the corresponding unsubstituted silanes and amines (including ammonia) or phosphines catalyzed by metallic catalysts is described. This new approach is based on the catalytic dehydrogenative coupling of a Si—H and a X—H moiety to form a Si—X containing compound and hydrogen gas (X═N, P, As and Sb). The process can be catalyzed by transition metal heterogenous catalysts such as Ru(0) on carbon, Pd(0) on MgO) as well as transition metal organometallic complexes that act as homogeneous catalysts. The —Si—X products produced by dehydrogenative coupling are inherently halogen free. Said compounds can be useful for the deposition of thin films by chemical vapor deposition or atomic layer deposition of Si-containing films.

Method and apparatus of RTP control protocol (RTCP) processing in real-time transport protocol (RTP) intermediate systems

Номер: US20090135724A1

Media processing of real-time protocol (RTP) packets used in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and other time sensitive applications makes efficient use of network resources, e.g., by dropping or changing the size of certain packets, but hinders measuring and reporting end-to-end reception quality. Because media processing changes RTP packets between a sender and receiver, causing a difference between what is sent and received, end-to-end reception quality cannot be measured validly without accounting for these changes. Accordingly, a method and corresponding apparatus are provided to track changes to RTP packets of an RTP session caused by media processing of the RTP packets, modify RTP packet information of the RTP packets based on the tracked changes, correct RTP control protocol (RTCP) packets corresponding to the RTP session based on the tracked changes, the corrected RTCP packets being a measure of the end-to-end reception quality of the RTP session, and report the end-to-end reception ...

Method and apparatus for adaptive level control

Номер: US20060217988A1

Adaptive Level Control (ALC) is performed directly in a coded domain. A Coded Domain Adaptive Level Control (CD-ALC) system modifies at least one parameter of a first encoded signal, resulting in corresponding modified parameter(s). The CD-ALC system replaces the parameter(s) of the first encoded signal with the modified parameter(s), resulting in a second encoded signal. In a decoded state, the second encoded signal approximates a target signal that is a function of the first encoded signal in at least a partially decoded state. Thus, the first encoded signal does not have to go through intermediate decode/re-encode processes, which can degrade overall speech quality. Computational resources required for a complete re-encoding are not needed. Overall delay of the system is minimized. The CD-ALC system can be used in any network in which signals are communicated in a coded domain, such as a Third Generation (3G) wireless network.

Non-volatile memory with countermeasure for program disturb including purge during precharge

Номер: US0010832785B2

Program disturb is a condition that includes the unintended programming of a memory cell while performing a programming process for other memory cells. Such unintended programming can cause an error in the data being stored. In some cases, program disturb can result from electrons trapped in the channel being accelerated from one side of a selected word line to another side of the selected word line and redirected into the selected word line. To prevent such program disturb, it is proposed to open the channel from one side of a selected word line to the other side of the selected word line after a sensing operation for program verify and prior to a subsequent programming voltage being applied.

A system and method for multiplexing traffic. A wireless device such as a base station may schedule a first transmission of first data (e.g., latency tolerant data) to a first UE on first resources, and transmit second data (e.g., low latency data) to a second UE on a portion of the first resources. 116.-.
