A radio-frequency assembly is described which can be used in communication satellites, for example. The radio-frequency assembly contains a signal source in the form of a semiconductor amplifier output, an impedance matching filter, and a radio-frequency waveguide. The impedance matching filter is connected to the semiconductor amplifier output on the input side and to the radio-frequency waveguide on the output side. The impedance matching filter has a different impedance value on the input side from that on the output side and is matched to the semiconductor amplifier output on the input side and matched to the radio-frequency waveguide on the output side. Consequently, a separate matching circuit between semiconductor amplifier output and radio-frequency waveguide is no longer necessary.

The present invention further describes crosslinked versions of the inverted surfactants, reaction products of alkenyl (allyl, vinyl, methallyl) functional copolymers (polyethers), silicone hydrides and cross-linking agents, which may be optionally reacted with water to react the remaining alkoxy groups. The crosslinking agent contains either SiH or Si-alkoxy groups or both. The compounds of the present invention exhibit only moderate cross-linking in order to be soluble or dispersible in appropriate solvents.

A method of reducing the appearance of skin wrinkles for at least four hours , comprising the steps of:applying to an area of wrinkled skin, a water swelled cosmetically acceptable composition comprising a water swellable cross linked polyacrylate elastomer containing at least one phosphate or phosphonate moiety, which upon drying, forms a dried film on the area of wrinkled skin that provides tightening and smoothening of the wrinkled skin to which the composition is applied, for at least four hours;permitting the composition to dry from the water swelled condition, leading to tightening and smoothing of the wrinkled skin; andleaving the dried film on the smoothed skin undisturbed, and reducing the appearance of the wrinkles for at least four hours.2. The method of claim 1 , wherein about 75 wt % of the dried film remains as a skin tightening film on the area of wrinkled skin claim 1 , without falling off as flakes claim 1 , for the four hours.6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the elastomer includes about 0.01 wt %-40 wt % of the phosphate moiety.7. The impedance matching filter is connected to the semiconductor amplifier output on the input side and to the high-frequency waveguide on the output side. The impedance matching filter (30) has a different impedance value on the input side than on the output side and is matched to the semiconductor amplifier output on the input side and to the high-frequency waveguide on the output side. A separate matching circuit between the semiconductor amplifier output and the high-frequency waveguide is therefore no longer necessary.
