Because the grounding ring is made of a material with good conduction performance, a shaft induced voltage transmitted on the rotating shaft can be transmitted to the housing through the grounding ring, instead of being transmitted to the housing through a motor bearing, thereby avoiding bearing electric corrosion of the motor bearing. In addition, the first sealing piece can seal a part of space in the housing to obtain sealing space, or the first sealing piece and the second sealing piece cooperate to seal a part of space in the housing to obtain sealing space, and the grounding ring is located in the sealing space, so that impact caused by cooling water, cooling oil, or the like in the motor on conduction performance of the grounding ring can be avoided. In this way, the shaft induced voltage on the rotating shaft can be easily transmitted to the housing through the grounding ring, thereby avoiding bearing electric corrosion of the motor bearing.
