A power generating method of Carbon-molecule gasification combustion, the method comprising the following main processes: taking coal with desulfurizing agent, and first conducting desulphuration and gasification in a molecular gasifier to produce clean coal gas; mixing hot coal gas and low excess air for combustion in the furnace of a boiler; conducting coke refining and dust removal according to coal quality and demand; after heat transfer via the heated surface of the boiler, emitting high temperature flue gas complying with the standard from the chimney; and the vapor generated by the boiler drives a steam turbine to generate power. The gasification method can be applied to a power generating system of a gas engine and a gas turbine to produce desired cooling coal gas, and can also produce chemical feed gas. The method has wide applicability and a simple process, is safe to operate and is environmentally friendly and energy saving.

The invention relates to a multi-cylinder translational compression device, which belongs to the technical field of displacement compressors. A piston is connected to a crankshaft driven by a main shaft of an electric motor, and reciprocates in the vertical direction relative to a cylinder body. The cylinder body and the piston reciprocate in the horizontal direction inside a sliding chute consisting of an upper cover board and a lower cover board, and the cylinder body is open or enclosed. The cover boards, the cylinder cover, the cylinder body and the piston are provided with an air-intake passage, an air-exhaust passage, an air-intake valve, an air-exhaust valve and corresponding sealing devices respectively. The multi-cylinder translational compression device has the advantages of small size, high working efficiency, low noise, good sealing performance and long service life, and capability of being popularized and applied in the field of air compressors or hydraulic pumps.

An epitaxial growth method includes the steps of: providing a substrate; forming a sacrifice layer on the substrate; patterning the sacrifice layer to form a plurality of bumps spaced apart from each other on the substrate; epitaxially forming a first epitaxial layer on the substrate to cover a portion of each of the bumps; removing the bumps to form a plurality of cavities; and epitaxially forming a second epitaxial layer on the first epitaxial layer such that the cavities are enclosed by the first epitaxial layer and the second epitaxial layer. An epitaxial structure grown by the method is disclosed as well. 1. A method for epitaxial growth of an epitaxial layer having cavities , comprises:providing a substrate;forming a sacrifice layer on the substrate;patterning the sacrifice layer to form a plurality of bumps spaced apart from each other on the substrate, wherein a portion of the substrate between the bumps is exposed;epitaxially forming a first epitaxial layer on the exposed portion of the substrate, wherein the first epitaxial layer covers a portion of each of the bumps, and a top surface of each of the bump is exposed;removing the bumps to form a plurality of cavities; andepitaxially forming a second epitaxial layer on the first epitaxial layer such that the cavities are enclosed by the first epitaxial layer and the second epitaxial layer.2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the substrate is a sapphire substrate or a silicon substrate.3. A data erase method of a three dimensional (3D) memory device comprising the following steps. First, in a first phase of an erase operation, a first voltage is applied to a first semiconductor channel of the semiconductor channels to erase data stored in the memory cells defined on the first semiconductor channel and a second voltage is applied to a second semiconductor channel of the semiconductor channels, wherein the second semiconductor channel is adjacent to the first semiconductor channel. Then, in a second phase of the erase operation, the second voltage is applied to the first semiconductor channel and the first voltage is applied to the second semiconductor channel. 1. A data erase method of a three dimensional (3D) memory device , wherein the 3D memory device comprises a plurality of word lines and a plurality of semiconductor channels , the semiconductor channels intersect with the word lines to form a plurality of memory cells , the data erase method comprises:in a first phase of an erase operation, applying a first voltage to a first semiconductor channel of the semiconductor channels to erase data stored in the memory cells defined on the first semiconductor channel and applying a second voltage to a second semiconductor channel of the semiconductor channels, wherein the second semiconductor channel is adjacent to the first semiconductor channel;in a second phase of the erase operation, applying the second voltage to the first semiconductor channel and applying the first voltage to the second semiconductor channel.2. Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for encoding uplink control information, so as to optimize the performance of uplink control information transmission. The method includes: shifting a column vector of a predefined encoding matrix M to generate a new encoding matrix M′; and encoding uplink control information by using the new encoding matrix M′. The encoding matrix used for encoding the uplink control information is no longer a fixed predefined encoding matrix, but the new encoding matrix generated after shifting the column vectors of the predefined encoding matrix. Comparing with the method in prior art, the method in embodiments of the present invention can determine a corresponding encoding matrix according to the uplink control information, thereby optimizing the performance of the uplink control information transmission and then improving the efficiency of downlink transmission.
