The present disclosure provides a benzene fused heterocyclic compound of Formula (I): wherein (A) is a single or double bond; n is 0 or 1; X is —CH—, O, NR, or S; A is —C(R)(R)(R) or —N(R)(R), wherein R, Rand Rare independently selected from a group consisting of: H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclic alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, C-Chydrocarbon, —ROR, —C(O)ORR, —C(O)RR, —C(O)NRR, —SORRand —SONRRwhich are optionally substituted by at least one substituent independently selected from a group consisting of: alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclic alkyl, aryl, —Y, —ArY, —OR, and —OArY, wherein R, Rand Rindependently are nil, H, halogen, alkyl, or aryl, Yis CN or halogen, and Arand Arindependently are aryl or heteroaryl; Ris H or alkyl; Ris alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocylic alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, C-Chydrocarbon optionally substituted by at least one substituent independently selected from a group consisting of: —ROR, —RC(O)ORR, —RC(O)RR, —RC(O)NRR, —RNRC(O)NRR, —RNRC(O)RR, —RNRC(O)ORR, —RSORR, —RNRSONRRand —RSONRR, optionally substituted by at least one substituent independently selected from a group consisting of alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclic alkyl, heteroaryl, and aryl, wherein R, R, Rand Rare independently selected from nil, H, halogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclic alkyl, heteroaryl, aryl or C-Chydrocarbons, optionally substituted by at least one substituent independently selected from a group consisting of —OR, ═O, ═S, —SOR, —SONRR, —NRSONRR, —NRC(O)NRR, —C(O)NHR, —NHC(O)R, —NHC(O)OR, —NO, —CORand —C(O)R, wherein R, R, and Rindependently are H or alkyl. 2.
