The polymer electrolyte membrane according to claim 1 , wherein the nanoweb is formed on one or both surfaces of the fluorine-based support by electrospinning.3. The present disclosure relates to a polymer electrolyte membrane having a construction wherein an ionomer is charged in pores of a nanoweb having a high melting point, being insoluble in an organic solvent and having excellent pore characteristics, under optimum conditions. The present invention relates to a core-shell cobalt catalyst used for a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction and a method for preparing the same.
