A filler grid is formed over the photodiode array, such as over a dielectric grid. The filler grid comprises one or more filler structures, such as a first filler structure that provides a light propagation path to a first photodiode that is primarily through the first filler structure. In this way, signal strength decay of light along the light propagation path before detection by the first photodiode is mitigated. The image sensor comprises a reflective layer that channels light towards corresponding photodiodes. For example, a first reflective layer portion guides light towards the first photodiode and away from a second photodiode. In this way, crosstalk, otherwise resulting from detection of light by incorrect photodiodes, is mitigated.

The present invention relates to a smart mobile cart for nursing and caring that includes: a pole assembly standing upright from a mobile base and having two ends, one of which the two ends is connected with the mobile base; a flexible arm having two ends, one of which the two ends is connected with the pole assembly and another end is configured with a device connector, to render a mobile device attached to the smart mobile cart through the device connector; and an accessory connector connected with the pole assembly in a movable and detachable means and providing for a device convenient carrier to connect with the smart mobile cart through the accessory connector, whereby a vital sign sensing device is placed on the smart mobile cart through the device convenient carrier, wherein the pole assembly, the flexible arm, and the accessory connector are configured to have a ground height adjustable above from a ground level, so as to provide the mobile device and the vital sign sensing device at different ground clearances respectively for a user to operate.

Embodiments of this application provide a method and an apparatus for setting a symbol in a communications system that uses a plurality of subcarrier spacings. The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, a length of a reference blank symbol, where the length of the reference blank symbol is associated with a first subcarrier spacing, and the first subcarrier spacing is a minimum subcarrier spacing in the plurality of subcarrier spacings; and setting, by the terminal based on the length of the reference blank symbol and time domain information of the reference blank symbol, a blank symbol for a subcarrier corresponding to a second subcarrier spacing in the plurality of subcarrier spacings. According to the method and apparatus for setting a symbol provided in the embodiments of this application, when setting, based on the length of the reference symbol, a blank symbol in a subframe corresponding to a subcarrier used by the terminal, the terminal may set one or more complete symbols as blank symbols. This avoids a case in which a symbol cannot work normally because a part of the symbol is set as a blank symbol, thereby improving spectral efficiency of the system.

First use a reading speed calculation module to detect user's reading speed within a period of time when the user is using an electronic with a display to read. The reading speed is related to pages being turned or the amount of words being read. Then a fatigue-in-reading reminder module is activated by the reading speed calculation module when the user's reading speed falls within a specific range so as to remind the user by pop-up windows, sounds, flash light or vibration at the proper time and provide the user certain corresponding measures he/she should take. Thereby there is no need to use additional equipment for preventing users from becoming more fatigue and healthy vision is accomplished at lower cost with higher efficiency.
