FIELD: construction; manufacturing technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production lines of shaped articles from composite materials used for reinforcement of conventional and prestressed building structures. Process line for production of long reinforcement articles comprises serially arranged and installed creel, device for laying and tensioning continuous reinforcing fibres, impregnating-forming channel, abrasive coating application mechanism, polymerization unit and air cooler, pulling device, cutoff device and final products polymerization chamber with loading bogies moving in it, wherein the impregnating-shaping path includes the reinforcing fibres heater, the heated impregnation path, heated binder return trays, squeezing rolls, spreading ring, heated shaping die, thread laying machine with valve electric drive and first polymerisation unit. Process line for making bent reinforcement articles comprises series-arranged and installed creel, device for laying and tensioning continuous reinforcing fibres, impregnating-shaping path, floating mechanism for application of abrasive coating with option of direction and core arrangement into mandrel grooves fixed on pulling device, pulling device rotating mandrels fixed on it, cutting device and final products polymerization chamber with loading bogies moving in it, wherein the impregnating-shaping path includes a reinforcing fibre heater, a heated impregnation path, a heated binder return tray, squeezing rolls, a lay ring, a heated forming die, a thread laying machine with a gate electric drive and a first polymerisation unit.
