本发明实施例公开了一种DTMF音发送的方法、电路和终端及系统，其方法包括：在双音多频DTMF信号产生时，基于功率放大器对DTMF信号进行放大处理；将经过功率放大器的DTMF信号在电子开关的作用下输入至总线上。在本发明实施例中，DTMF音通信电路在未发送DTMF音时，电子开关处于断开状态，在发送DTMF音时，经功率放大器放大之后，电子开关闭合再耦合至总线，在断开状态呈现出高阻状态，而通过电子开关实现总线端与功率放大器的隔离，电子开关断开时，即使总线上存在信号，功率放大器相对于总线开路，不影响总线阻抗，在整个系统搭建更多路对讲子系统时，可以更好地同时匹配单路与多路子系统的负载阻抗。
