Реферат: The present invention relates to a method of culturing a pancreatic progenitor cell. The method comprises contacting the cell with epidermal growth factor (EGF), retinoic acid (RA) and an inhibitor of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) and 3T3-J2 feeder cells. A cell produced by the method of the invention and a kit when used in the method are also provided.
